Welcome to A Plate with A Purpose!  I am so glad you stopped by.  This little corner of the universe was created in response to my acceptance and enrollment to the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts where I am currently in their Professional Chef program.  I will be journaling my experience week by week at NEACA.  I am sure things will expand from there and you will soon be receiving newly developed recipes and tips for a healthy lifestyle and vibrant life.
